I finally am getting a real, purpose built, dashcam. It's a DVR-207 (Updated version of the DVR-027), I bought it off Amazon (it's not a fake one, it's the real deal from what I can tell), and I should be getting it next month because China.

I got a GripGo on impulse even though I don't have a car. So my phone will eventually be a makeshift dashcam if I need one.

I got that one, from Torch's review, and it arrived from China like 2 months later. It was at that point that I noticed a camera with the exact same shape was for sale at my normal computer component store.
